You are required to select the used construction machinery which you need from our available stock and email us to [email protected] – once our President Mr. Javed, Syed Waqas approves the selection; the next step is to make the payment.

After selection of your machine, a stamped invoice will be sent to you with the official banking information of Hinoda Trading. You are only required to make the payment in our designated bank accounts. Hinoda Trading will take no responsibility for payments made to other than instructed bank accounts. You may check our Terms of Business which has complete details about the payment policies.

Since we are a reputed supplier of well-maintained used construction machinery, we take quality control really seriously. There are some countries where a machine needs to undergo a strict quality inspection before it's shipped to the customer's destination. Third party vendors are dedicated for such certifications. Our technical team ensures the ordered used construction equipment meets the guidelines for such inspections before it is sent to get the certification.

Once all the payments are settled as per invoice and quality control is done, the next step is to put the vehicle or machine for shipment. We are affiliated with some renowned names in the shipping industry such as ECL, SEALINKS, and AUTO LOGISTICS JAPAN etc. which promise us to deliver the shipment at the next available vessel; saving time for our valuable clients. You will be completely notified and updated about the whole process during shipment and can keep a track of the vessel through GPS services.

Please get yourself registered with us by connecting to one of our staff members by making a deposit of between USD $5,000 to $10,000. Even if your desired used construction equipment isn't available in auction, you can request us and we strive our best to find the best well-maintained used construction machinery for you.

After registering yourself, the client will receive an invoice from our accounts department which will be according to your desired machine value. The client is requested to remit the initial deposit only to the official bank account mentioned on the invoice. The client is required to bear the bank charges which vary from USD $15 to $50 depending on the client's banking services.

Once the initial deposit is remitted, the bidding process will start. Our expert bidding agents are capable to buy your desired vehicle or machine within your price range. During the bidding process, you are requested to keep in touch with our staff members so we may guide if the bidding price needs to be increased to have a higher probability of winning the bid.

Our clients will be notified by our staff members about the outcome of the auction result. If the bid is successful, we will proceed to the next step of making payment; else the client can order a different or same used construction equipment from the next available auction. We provide a comprehensive communication system through which our staff members are constantly engaged with our clients and keep guiding them with the best possible solutions to get the desired results.

Once the bid is won and the machine is finalized, you will receive the final invoice which will have complete instructions and a summary of the charges. You are requested to make the payment within 5 days from the issuance of the invoice. You are requested to mention the necessary information such as stock number or name once payment is remitted. Unless the payment is paid in full, we will not be able to release the machine to our shipping agency.

The last and final step is the same as ordering from the stock, where we will hand over your vehicle or machine to our shipping agency and documents will be sent to you through express courier.
